Introduction:

My name is Mia Tomei. I am 37 years old and married with two beautiful girls and one more baby on the way. My husband has been Pastoring at The Door Church for almost 7 years now.  I am a Service Coordinator, along with a being a mommy, and assisting my husand with the Pastoral duties.

I was raised in an Apostolic Pentecostal Home and raise my children to live the same. My father was an Assistant Pastor in Mishawaka but transferred to La Porte to be Head Pastor.

 

Why I want to blog:

Reason 1.

I passionately desire to minister to Pastor’s wives.  So often they hide what is going on inside their minds and hearts and even their homes.  They cannot be completely transparent with everyone and hardly anyone.  I have seen first hand the devastation that happens when the Pastoral family cannot get the help they need. 

Reason 2.

For a Christian to have growth in their lives, they must study the Word of GOD, but for many to study the Bible on their own can be a daunting task. 

“Study to shew thyself approved unto GOD, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15

I will post Bible Studies on various topics including  – but not limited to – money (giving and tithing), raising children, walking in the Spirit, Understanding the Gifts of the Spirit.
